The project made it possible to modernize the control infrastructure, improve the organization of the wiring and ensure stability and reduce trips caused by power failures, increasing the operational availability of the unit.

Specialized supervision service in the dismantling and assembly of instruments during the major inspection type C of Alstom GT-24 combined cycle generating unit.
The supervision allowed for efficient coordination of major maintenance activities, ensuring the correct installation of instruments and reinforcing safety measures at each stage of the process.
This work ensured the proper handling, storage, and installation of Turbo Group instruments (gas turbine, steam turbine, main generator), reducing costs due to damage to instruments during the removal process, correct reinstallation, and correction of faults found not considered during a major inspection.
This ensures compliance with the technical scope and the correct execution of the activities carried out by the implementing companies.

Specialized instrumentation personnel service to provide support for eight days at the La Caridad Combined Cycle Power Plant of Grupo México.
The service included supervision and labor of experienced instrument technicians in the installation, calibration, adjustment and maintenance of pressure, temperature and level control equipment, as well as in the operational verification of transmitters through loop tests (4-20 mA).
Activities included dismantling transmitters, verifying operability with a test bench and BEAMEX calibrators, loop testing, and correct assembly of transmitters, eliminating points of failure.
This project made it possible to strengthen the plant's maintenance tasks, guaranteeing accuracy in measurements, reliability in control systems and continuity in the operation of energy processes.
Calibration of transmitters at a natural gas metering station

Calibration of temperature and pressure transmitters at a natural gas measuring station, with accreditation to EMA and traceability to CENAM in coordination with an external laboratory.
Five-point calibration, adjustments when necessary, loop testing with the SCADA system, configuration backup, and generation of official calibration certificates.
Certified standard equipment was used and signal simulations were performed to verify communication with the supervisory system.
The project ensured the reliability of measurements, strengthened regulatory compliance, and guaranteed the safe and accurate operation of the natural gas station.
